Sp quick and professional. Took under 10 mins. We only needed skis but I would not hesitate to use them for all mountain sports needs. They let us swap skis over no problem and their equipment is super good quality.

The equipment are in good conditions and the rental is very easy!

Es war alles super und auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlenswert. Das einzige was ein bisschen ungewöhnlich war, dass als ich erst mal nur nach dem Preis fragen wollte, direkt Ski-Sachen bekommen habe, das aber auch an einem Missverständnis liegen kann.

英語があまり得意ではなかったが、親切に笑顔で対応してくれて、安心して借りることが出来た。 ブーツのサイズに関して細かく確認してくれて、スノーボードを楽しむことも出来て、ゲレンデまでの行き方も詳しく教えてくれた。

Excellent rental experience from Bayard Sport Zermatt Bahnhofplatz!! Knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly staff. We tried Stockl skis and salmon board and they were excellent for groomers. Well located near train station and green line shuttle.

Very good experience overall. The skis I hired were very responsive and just what I was looking for. We hired skis for a party of four and the whole experience was very easy. Staff were polite and helpful. My daughter had a problem with her boots, which were her own and not hired and which Lucas sorted without any fuss. Would highly recommend.
