It was quick and very wonderful to get my rentals. This includes when I had to go back and get different boots (issue with size, not quality) they were great about fixing both the boots and ski measurements.

Check in at kiosks was super efficient and easy. Staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Lockers were right there - easy to use and get to. Returning equipment was super quick. Overall just very quick, easy and positive experience. Thank you! We were referred by Henry Hardy at Summitt by the way.

amazing staff, good quality skis

I have been visiting Zermatt every year for a Ski Holiday since 2022. Most years I rent from Bayard. One year I did not though I purchased skis, poles from Frank at the Stockli Test Center at Trockner Steg. I usually bring my boots and rent skis and poles. The Bayard staff are smooth, professional and accommodating. I refer friends and family visiting Zermatt to put Bayard Sports on their list.

Excellent shop to rent or buy. Staff was at all times friendly, patient, informative and personable. Went back next day to switch up skis for different conditions, no problem at all, in and out with new gear in 10 minutes. Trip cut short by a day, no problem getting a refund for the day our rented gear was not used. Great overall experience. Shout out to Diogo.
