Als langjähriger Kunde ist für mich Bayard Sport "THE place to rent"! Aufgrund des ausserordentlichen österlichen Wintereinbruchs waren wir gezwungen die Skis früher und unbenutzt zurückzugeben. Sehr kulant und unbürokratisch wurde uns die gesamte Mietgebühr zurückerstattet. Herzlichen Dank!!! Bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Excellent rental experience from Bayard Sport Zermatt Bahnhofplatz!! Knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly staff. We tried Stockl skis and salmon board and they were excellent for groomers. Well located near train station and green line shuttle.

Infolge Streckenunterbruch auf den Gornergrat konnte kein Meter Ski gefahren werden, sehr grosszügig wurden die Kosten zurück vergütet. Kommen nächste Ostern wieder

Very good experience overall. The skis I hired were very responsive and just what I was looking for. We hired skis for a party of four and the whole experience was very easy. Staff were polite and helpful. My daughter had a problem with her boots, which were her own and not hired and which Lucas sorted without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

Bayard Sport was perfect for my rental needs in Zermatt. I brought my own boots and helmet but had pre-ordered a premium ski to pick up at Bahnhofplatz store (which has the larger selection of models) and staff there answered my questions and gave me good recommendations for models to test and where to ski. Over the week I exchanged models to try several different Stöckli's and utilized both the Bahnhofplatz and Sunnegga stores. The staff were super helpful ... knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Great experience and I'd rent here again in a heartbeat.
