Ich habe ein Top-Bike erhalten und konnte dies richtig toll ausnutzen. Die Online-Reservation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Etwas schade, dass nicht alle Mitarbeiter gleich flexibel denken. Hatte das Bike von Dienstag an reserviert, habe gelesen, dass es nicht früher geholt werden darf. Habe dann am Sonntag bei der Anreise trotzdem kurz vorbeigeschaut und gefragt, ob es evtl. möglich ist, das Bike am Vorabend beim Vorbeigang abzuholen. Der MA meinte dann, dies sollte gehen, das Bike wäre ja bereit und ich solle zu ihm kommen. So ging ich am Dienstag Abend nach 17 Uhr vorbei, keine Spur von diesem MA, und sagte, ich hätte gefragt und dürfe das Bike evtl. abholen. Das gehe nicht, also doch schon, aber ich müsse einen halben Tag mehr bezahlen. Das hätte man mir am Vortag auch schon so sagen dürfen, dann wäre ich erst am Dienstag morgen vorbei. Habe dann den halben Tag bezahlt und das Bike mitgenommen. Wahrscheinlich hat es der MA am Sonntag nur gut gemeint, wäre aber trotzdem gut, wenn sich alle gleich an die Vorgaben halten - für die Kunden besser so. Auch wäre es gut, wenn man online das Bike auch halbtags reservieren kann, habe es am Mittwoch um 11 Uhr zurückgebracht, musste aber den ganzen Mittwoch bezahlen. Da ich ein wirklich super Bike bekommen habe, war es mir aber der Preis wert. Muss einfach bei der nächsten Reservation etwas mehr studieren :-) Danke und weiterhin viel Erfolg

Service was great. Staff was happy to help and the location is between the train station and the train up the mountain. The equipment was meh. Bindings were heavy and unresponsive. Board needed the edge sharpened. Boots made me really miss my own.

Ideal wäre wenn ich die am Bahnhof gemieteten Skis unten an der Sunegga Bahn abgeben könnte. Software erlaubt maximal 14 Tage Skimiete. 15-20 Tage wäre für mich praktischer, allerdings ist eine Rückgabe einen Tag zu spät bei Euch noch nie ein Problem gewesen. Rest Perfekt. Danke

Der Ski wahr genau das Richtige Model für mein Fahrstiel, Sportlicher Genuss Fahrer. Leider machte der Wettergott mir einstrich durch die Anzahl Skitage. daher war ich über die Unkomplizierte rückerstattung sehr erfreut. also auf Osterskiferien 2025

I would highly recommend Bayard to anyone that is coming to the area and needs to rent equipment. We rented skis and brought our own boots. They have a wide array of skis and we were able to rent top notch equipment. I had an issue with my new boots that were bought in the U.S. and Dave, in the rental/equipment department, went above and beyond to help me with the boot problems I was having. He was very knowledgeable and professional. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very impressed with the shop and service!

Very big store, with lots of cool gear to goggle at. It gets quite busy in the mornings so expect some wait times. The location isn't very close to either the Sunnegga or Furi bubbles so expect to schlep your gear to either station but they have multiple locations and you can pick up at one location and drop off at another so that's definitely convenient. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I had to cancel a reservation for my wife at the time of pickup due to an injury and they made it super easy and even gave a refund on the spot. Would definitely recommend renting from Bayard when in Zermatt.
