I’m extremely satisfied with the ski shop in Zermatt! I rented ski equipment for 3 days and everything was absolutely perfect. The location is super convenient—very close to the train station for the Gornergrat railway, which makes everything quick and easy. A big plus is that they offer ski lockers, so you can safely leave your equipment there instead of carrying it around—such a great convenience after a long day on the slopes. The service was truly excellent—the staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. They helped me choose the right gear, and the quality of the skis was top-notch. I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Zermatt!

Some employees are not very friendly, but there are also employees who are very enthusiastic and friendly. However, the helmet does not have the MIPS configuration mentioned online. This aspect is something we hope to improve. However, the advantage is that you can easily switch out the snowboard and snow boots if they don't fit.

Absolutely perfect. Diogo was excellent and extremely helpful. He helped us choose the right skis, and the whole process was quick and smooth. We experienced no delays, either at pickup or return, and the locker process was easy as well.
