Service was great. Staff was happy to help and the location is between the train station and the train up the mountain. The equipment was meh. Bindings were heavy and unresponsive. Board needed the edge sharpened. Boots made me really miss my own.

Ideal wäre wenn ich die am Bahnhof gemieteten Skis unten an der Sunegga Bahn abgeben könnte. Software erlaubt maximal 14 Tage Skimiete. 15-20 Tage wäre für mich praktischer, allerdings ist eine Rückgabe einen Tag zu spät bei Euch noch nie ein Problem gewesen. Rest Perfekt. Danke

I would highly recommend Bayard to anyone that is coming to the area and needs to rent equipment. We rented skis and brought our own boots. They have a wide array of skis and we were able to rent top notch equipment. I had an issue with my new boots that were bought in the U.S. and Dave, in the rental/equipment department, went above and beyond to help me with the boot problems I was having. He was very knowledgeable and professional. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very impressed with the shop and service!

Very big store, with lots of cool gear to goggle at. It gets quite busy in the mornings so expect some wait times. The location isn't very close to either the Sunnegga or Furi bubbles so expect to schlep your gear to either station but they have multiple locations and you can pick up at one location and drop off at another so that's definitely convenient. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I had to cancel a reservation for my wife at the time of pickup due to an injury and they made it super easy and even gave a refund on the spot. Would definitely recommend renting from Bayard when in Zermatt.
