Convenient equipment hire for the whole group - from 10 people upwards

Are you planning an active holiday in Zermatt and are travelling with a large group of people? From 10 people upwards, you have the option of making a group booking with us. The advantage of this is that each member of the group chooses their own equipment and pays for it directly online. Complicated collective invoices are a thing of the past. Whether it's a school class, a company trip or a club excursion: send us your request and we'll take care of the rest.

In three steps to individual equipment for each fellow traveller

You are a tour guide or have agreed to take care of the rental equipment for your holiday in Zermatt? Nothing could be easier. This is how group bookings work at Bayard:

You send us a non-binding request: Use our contact form and tell us when and for how many participants you would like to rent equipment.
We will process your request and send you a reservation link: One of our employees will check your wishes and get back to you. We will send you an individual reservation link which you can forward to your fellow travellers.   
Each participant books & pays for his or her individual equipment: In order for us to be able to tailor the rental equipment perfectly to each guest, we need a few more details. With our reservation link, each fellow traveller has the possibility to select and book his or her suitable equipment. This way, each traveller pays for their equipment directly online.
The complete equipment for the travel group is then ready on time and perfectly prepared at the selected location.
