With Bayard's ski and snowboard service, your equipment is prepared for every piste condition and groomed accordingly. You can choose between different packages: From waxing and polishing to a comprehensive large service package, the choice is yours. So you are always well prepared and equipped.

Skis and snowboards are individually adapted and serviced to your body data and your skiing ability. This way, the material adapts perfectly to your needs and you can get even more performance out of it.

Only with prepared material that reacts to your movements as desired do you have control over your skis and board at all times. That way you are always safe on the slopes.
BETTER GLIDE IN THE SNOW
The fresh application of wax and the subsequent polishing of the base ensure that skis and boards glide smoothly over the snow in all weathers.

The binding is adjusted to the ski boot or snowboard as part of the service. This not only gives you a secure hold, but also direct power transmission.

Ski service is a fixed part of the preparation of Bayard rental equipment prior to rental. But even if you would like to have your own skis or snowboard serviced or individually touched up, you are welcome to drop by our shop at any time.
In the course of the service, the base is waxed and polished to ensure the best possible traction on the ski or board. Depending on the scope of the service package, the edges are also re-sharpened and abrasions in the base are repaired. In the case of fundamental damage, the base can also be completely re-fitted so that the base runs consistently again. This gives you maximum gliding capabilities on the piste again.

For the ultimate driving experience
With the "automatic ski detection" option, the edge angle is changed fully automatically in V-Edge mode. The edge angles are variable along the length of the ski: in the middle area, the skis have a dynamic edge angle for the best grip and guidance on hard artificial snow and ice. In the front and rear areas, the edge angle is wider for easy steering and turning. In addition to the completely new skiing experience, this also significantly increases safety.
The perfect variable edge grinding is completely independent of the ski length and width, both on the bottom and side edges. Either on the basis of predefined and tested parameters or freely storable in Easyrent.
One V-Edge for 2 modules: The V-Edge Disc option also controls the polishing module - without any additional investment!
ELECTRONIC BINDING ADJUSTMENT AS A CENTRAL FACTOR
Safety precaution to prevent injuries
A central component of any ski or board service is also the electronic binding adjustment. Especially in the event of a fall, it is crucial that the binding releases and opens at the right time and under the balanced load. At the same time, however, this should not be the case too early so as not to cause a fall in this way.
For the correct adjustment, the body mass, weight and also the experience level and skiing ability are individually prepared here. All these values influence how the binding is adjusted to be perfectly tuned to the individual. This way you are perfectly prepared for exciting and, above all, safe descents.
