How is the sports retail sector developing? What are the best practices? What will we need in the future to be successful? These and many other questions are the focus of the PSG Campus.

As part of the Premium Sports Group AG (PSG), we offer all our employees access to a unique training concept. The special thing about it is that you learn first-hand. Because lecturers and course leaders are around 30 sports entrepreneurs who bring with them comprehensive knowledge and many years of experience. Whether apprentices, seasonal workers or high potentials - together we look forward to the future in sports retail with courage and openness and proactively shape it.

The PSG Campus is a further education concept by and for the best sports retailers in Switzerland. It is aimed at potentials and talents, managers, sales staff, apprentices, career changers and seasonal workers. Because we believe that each and every one of our employees is what makes us Bayard.

At the PSG Campus, we focus on future trends and best practices. Our experts convey contexts and use practical examples to show what is important now and in the future. In special courses, they address best practices in the areas of purchasing, sales and leadership.

SKILLS FOR LEARNERS

We support you in your learning success

In our own junior module, we offer our apprentices practical and exciting courses that build on the material covered at vocational school. For example, learn more about psychology in sales, ski and winter sports equipment or the textile sector. We prepare you intensively for your final exam in our own exam simulations. This gives you additional confidence and you can go into the exam relaxed and well prepared.

With the bilateral exchange programme "Entrepreneurs on the Walz", PSG makes it possible to share experiences and best practices with each other.
