A versatile job for winter sports enthusiasts
Adjusting bindings, trying on ski boots, handing out skis, advising customers and much more: our ski hire staff have a varied job. What they need most of all is: 

Pleasure in dealing with people
good communication skills & knowledge of foreign languages
technical interest
enthusiasm for skiing
Ability to work under pressure
Even at busy times, when things can get a bit turbulent in the rental shop, our team keeps calm and takes enough time for each customer. Because there's nothing better than looking at lots of happy faces when you return the rental equipment.

We are constantly training apprentices in our shops in Zermatt. You can currently complete the following apprenticeships with us:

EBA Apprenticeship Retail Assistant (Sporting Goods)

Our retail assistants specialise in sporting goods. They support our sales team in all tasks that arise in the shops: from merchandise management to customer advice. Many of our retail assistant apprentices move on to the second year of the EFZ apprenticeship after successfully completing their training. 

EFZ Apprenticeship Retail Specialist (Sporting Goods)

As a retail assistant, one of your main tasks is to provide our guests with competent and comprehensive advice. During your apprenticeship, our apprentices also have the opportunity to attend a vocational certificate school.
